Join us at the 2019 SWAT-SEA Conference & Workshops
October 21-26 in Siem Reap, Cambodia
The Center of Excellence on Sustainable Agricultural Intensification (CE SAIN) and Nutrition at the Royal University of Agriculture, Cambodia, and the Sustainable Intensification Innovation Lab at Kansas State University, USA, invite you to the Sixth International Soil and Water Assessment Tool, South East and East Asia Conference to be held in Siem Reap, Cambodia on 21-26 October, 2019.
This conference will provide opportunities fhoyrdrologists, geologists, engineers, scientists, geographers, faculty, researchers, extensionists, graduate and post-graduate students, and for other interested individuals to meet and exchange ideas, present studies, discuss challenges, network, share innovations, and applications on SWAT. Papers on APEX and DSSAT models are also welcome.
Besides the conference there will be beginners and advanced SWAT workshops open to professionals, graduate and post-graduate students, who use or wish to use SWAT in order to investigate hydrologic and water quality issues in watersheds and rivers.
There will be a field trip at the two CE SAIN Aggie Tech Parks on October 26. You will learn Conservation Agriculture for grain and vegetable production, be a judge at a high school student garden contest, and witness why Cambodia is the Center of Conservation Agriculture for Sustainable Intensification in Southeast Asia. If you join the field trip, it starts in Siem Reap and will end in Phnom Penh.

|26 October||Field Trip to CE SAIN Aggie Tech Parks, learn why Conservation Agriculture Works for both vegetable and grain production. Note for scheduling your return flights, field trip starts in Siem Reap and ends about 6 pm in Phnom Penh.|
Early registration ends August 31, 2019. The registration increases after August 31 to the amounts in parenthesis.
The registration fee for workshop, conference and tour participants includes certificates, lunches and snacks.
Preferred payment is through credit card. If unable to pay by credit card, cash or money order/postal or order/bank draft payable to CE SAIN (account details will be provided soon).

Call for Papers
SWAT2019 papers are invited for oral/poster presentations. Authors are requested to submit an extended English abstract by July 31, 2019. APEX and DSSAT model papers are welcome for presentation in this conference as well. Decisions on abstract acceptance is by August 15, 2019.
Posters must be prepared on size A1 paper.
