2016 - Beijing, China
The 2016 International SWAT Conference and Workshops were held successfully at Beijing Normal University July 25-29, 2016. The 2016 International SWAT conference was hosted by United States Department of Agriculture and Texas A&M University, organized by Beijing Normal University, and co-organized by the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. More than 150 experts and scholars in the related fields from more than ten countries and regions attended the conference. 74 abstracts and 23 posters are selected to be published by the conference.
During the conference, experts and scholars put forward many new ideas and innovative perspectives. This conference provided an ideal international communication platform for the studies of SWAT model, cases analysis and applications. Through the face to face communication and discussion, we are able to learn from each other, paving the road for future cooperation and joint development. Thank you to everyone who participated and we hope you enjoyed the conference and your time in Beijing, and that you continue to view these gatherings as a positive opportunity for our international research community to share the latest innovations developed for SWAT.
